I am an experienced independent social worker who enjoys working with people of all ages to cope with anxiety, trauma, and LGBTQIA issues.
I received a master's in social work in 2006 from The Ohio State University and a master's in business administration in 2009 from Ohio Dominican University. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples in a variety of settings throughout my career. I draw from a variety of treatment modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), talk therapy, supportive therapy, and heart-centered hypnotherapy in which I am an advanced clinical hypnotherapist (ACHT). I enjoy working with all people ages 12 and up, and I especially enjoy working with the LGBTQIA population.
