I am an experienced marriage and family therapist who works with teens and adults that want to tackle their anxiety and with couples who want to improve their communication skills and emotional connection.

My goal with my clients is to assist them in becoming their best selves. We can set goals to overcome depression, manage anxiety, process trauma, and improve connection in relationships.
