About me
Over the past 20 years, I have supported many people who have struggled with many issues, Including childhood sexual abuse, trauma, anxiety, lack of self-esteem, self-worth, depression, relationship issues, and much more. No problem is too small or too big. You are important to me.
I understand how much courage it takes to make that first step to contact a therapist, and even more courage to share your innermost worries and concerns.
Working with me provides you with:
- a safe space to talk in confidence and without fear of judgment;
- time to work through your personal situation at your own pace and understand what is happening;
- exploration of the root cause of negative behaviours keeping you stuck;
- support to find suitable solutions for your situation;
- coping tools and strategies;
- the foundations to build a better relationship with yourself and others.
I believe that you are your own expert, and together with my many years of both professional and personal experience, we can work together to assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
I am BACP Accredited in the UK.
