Life is a journey filled with moments of joy, challenge, and change. While it can be beautiful, it can also feel overwhelming. I specialize in working with clients navigating long-term illness, grief/loss, life transitions, anxiety and depression. I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals and families dealing with cancer and chronic health conditions. I also work with the senior population adjust to significant changes they may endure. I assist couples with communication and relationship concerns. I am passionate about helping people overcome barriers, difficulties, and discover ways to become your best possible selves.
