About me
I am an experienced nationally certified counselor with 6+ yrs of specialized counseling in trauma specialized to helping teens–adults with PTSD, anxiety, anger management, relationship problems, acceptance & self-esteem, personality/identity issues, addictions, and depression in my physical office or virtual setting
I know beginning therapy can feel unfamiliar & uneasy—you're not alone in that feeling. Do you feel discouraged or powerless or that you're 'never enough' or ruminate or feel mentally/emotionally blocked? You can't put your finger on it—maybe you can. Connection and communication feels borderline impossible. You get triggered & stuck repeating the same cycle, defaulting to a version of yourself you don't like or even recognize? It's got you feeling 'bent over', pressed down & disconnected. It's gone on for so long you're afraid it won't ever change for you. Everything and everyone you've tried up to now hasn't worked. Does any of this resonate?
Persons and couples are referred to me because my approach moves from just talking about it to getting down to the deeper causes, then applying the essential therapy with my attunement on a level that is usually ignored by others. This brings the needed healing and change . . . and where needed, the ability and skills. This will more fully allow reconciliation & repair. I have seen my approach bring function, repair, strength, and healing on deep levels leaving people feeling lighter!
Therapy is a necessity now, not a luxury. I've helped many across the country and I understand because I've been there myself. You can have real solutions and receive actual healing as we work together.
If this resonates, reach out to me and leave a message today with your best 2 days and times of day to schedule a free consult. I'm confident I can help you. We'll go as fast as we can but as slow as we need! I have about 5 spots left.
