About me
I am an experienced nationally certified counselor dedicated to helping teens–adults with anxiety, anger, relationship issues, identity, trauma, acceptance, dissociation, self-esteem, personality, addiction, and depression in a physical office or virtual safe, confidential setting
I know beginning therapy can feel unfamiliar & uneasy—you're not alone in that feeling. Do you feel hurt, stressed, feeling defeated, fearful, anxious, alone . . . maybe numb, detached or despair? Is it a relationship problem, ruminating thoughts, or the effects from trauma? Maybe you feel out of control or there are mental/emotional blocks you can't get around . . . maybe you can't put your finger on the problem (maybe you can) but you don't know what to do. These leave you feeling stuck in life, happiness, relationships, or self-image, causing you to default to a lesser version of yourself when you really want to show up 'centered and present'! All of these are not uncommon and I can help you remedy all these and more.
I use a holistic approach integrating various therapies tailored to specifically help you. This will more fully allow reconciliation & repair of past mistakes or faulty thinking/feelings, or the healing of generational issues affecting your present & future, or whatever personal therapeutic outcome you need. I have seen my approach bring function, repair, strength, and healing on deep levels leaving people feeling lighter, hopeful, stronger, and smiling!
Therapy is a necessity now, not a luxury. I've helped many across the country and I understand because I've been there myself and have come out the other side. You can have real solutions and actual healing as we work together. Consequently, I also have 15+ yrs of spiritual counseling which can enrich therapy for the client.
If any of this resonates, reach out to me or leave a message today with your best 2 days to meet and best 2 times of day to schedule a free consult and see if we are 'a good fit'. I'm confident I can help you. We'll go as fast as we can but as slow as we need! You can be assured of your privacy, my confidentiality and compassion.
