About me
I provide compassionate counseling services to children and adults to assist them in navigating the journey of life. I specialize in include trauma-informed care.
People of all ages experience and feel things in life with which they sometimes need assistance. For some, it is expressed in behaviors or inescapable feelings of sadness or anxiety while others carry with them the results of trauma they have witnessed or experienced. All people, from the youngest to the oldest need support and resources to help them through this journey called life. Counseling is a way to navigate our life experiences and early intervention can help to change the trajectory of a person's life from the youngest to the oldest.
In sessions with me, you get to share your story. Together, we can work on developing resources for you to cope with life and help you or your child to become a healthier version of yourself. I use tools including Parent Child Interaction Therapy, Trauma Focused CBT and EMDR.
