About me
I provide a warm, nonjudgmental, and supportive environment where clients can safely explore relationship challenges, life transitions, stress and anxiety, and the effects of trauma. Together, we work to identify patterns that no longer serve you and develop practical strategies that lead to meaningful and lasting change.
Do you need to be heard? Do you feel as though you are carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders and need a safe space to finally set it down? Life can be chaotic, and sometimes the experiences we go through leave lasting emotional impacts—traumas we may not fully acknowledge or feel we have time to explore. If this resonates with you, welcome. You don’t have to carry it alone anymore. Starting counseling can feel overwhelming, and choosing to seek support is a brave and meaningful step. Therapy offers a space that honors your story, respects your lived experiences, and supports you in creating a life that feels more balanced, grounded, and fulfilling. My therapeutic approach is integrative and strength-based, drawing from Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). As a trauma-informed therapist, I have extensive experience supporting individuals healing from a range of traumatic experiences, including sexual assault and domestic violence.
