I help individuals, couples, and families find healing, growth, and restoration. Many of my clients struggle with trauma, including sexual abuse, adverse childhood experiences, PTSD, grief, anxiety, depression, or just the pressures of daily life. I help individuals who are done with the cycle of surviving and are ready for a life that feels lighter. I offer a safe, compassionate space to process pain, build resilience, and take practical steps toward lasting change.

Using an eclectic approach and Trauma-Informed care, we identify your strengths and heal the roots of distress. As a bilingual queer counselor, my work is culturally humble and collaborative, focused on building stability and authenticity.
