About me
I am a culturally attuned therapist who helps teens, adults, and families including many neurodivergent clients, navigate anxiety, depression, burnout and identity with confidence and self-acceptance.
You deserve a space where you can show up as your whole self, not a diagnosis. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, affirming and grounded in who you actually are.
I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, masking, identity and relationship challenges. Neurodivergent clients are at the heart of much of my work, especially those navigating the intersections of being BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ and/or a high achiever. Whether you're autistic, have ADHD or land somewhere in between, you don't need to act "less" like yourself here. We'll build the process around how your brain actually works.
I'm a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist-Associate with a Master of Science in Psychology, as well as an educator and social impact researcher. With more than 20 years of experience across education, nonprofit leadership, community engagement and crisis intervention, I bring a deep understanding of how relationships, identity and the systems around us shape our well-being.
My approach centers emotional safety, cultural attunement and genuine connection. I use strengths-based approaches, including narrative and solution-focused therapy and psychoeducation, while drawing from DBT techniques. We'll begin with your story, strengths and goals, and move at a pace that feels right for you. Over time, many clients notice a gradual shift toward greater confidence, calm and self-acceptance.
As a proud AuDHD mom, I deeply value neurodiversity and the many ways people experience and move through the world. Outside the therapy room, I'm an avid reader, thrift store shopper and curious traveler.
I currently offer self-pay sessions and keep a few sliding-scale openings available. If this feels like a fit, I'd love to hear from you.
