About me

I help teens, adults, and couples heal from trauma, manage anxiety and depression, and build healthier relationships through compassionate, client-centered care.

Seeking therapy can feel overwhelming, and finding the right therapist is an important part of the process. My goal is to provide a welcoming, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgment. I believe that healing happens through connection, and I strive to build a strong therapeutic relationship that allows you to explore challenges at your own pace.

I work with children ages 6 and older, teens, adults, couples, and families who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, stress, or feelings of being stuck. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or exhausted from carrying the weight of difficult experiences. Together, we work to understand patterns, build coping skills, and create meaningful change that aligns with your goals and values.

My approach is client-centered, trauma-informed, and collaborative. I am EMDR-trained and integrate evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed interventions, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills when appropriate. When working with children, I incorporate creative and developmentally appropriate interventions to help them express emotions, build coping skills, and develop confidence.

As a bilingual therapist, I offer services in both English and Spanish. Whether you are seeking support for healing from past experiences, navigating current challenges, strengthening relationships, or helping your child thrive, I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward growth and healing.
