About me

Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, panic attacks, intrusive thoughts, feelings of isolation, or you just don't feel like yourself. I will work at your pace, providing the tools and support you need to heal and regain control of your life. Healing from trauma is a journey, and you don't have to face it alone. I support survivors like you in navigating the complexities of trauma and rebuilding a sense of safety, strength, and hope. I also enjoy working with young athletes struggling with issues such as performance anxiety. I offer a compassionate, trauma-informed approach that recognizes the unique impact trauma has on your mind, body, and spirit. You deserve to feel seen, heard and understood. My goal is to help you find peace and feel empowered to move forward with confidence and clarity. There is hope. Take the necessary step and reach out today to begin the healing process.

Since being Licensed in 1998, I have worked in various settings both paid and volunteer (see LinkedIn profile). After several years of supervising clinicians, I have decided to re-engage in direct practice. I've studied several therapeutic approaches over the years and I take an eclectic approach to my work with clients. This allows me to combine the best aspects of various therapeutic methods to tailor treatment specifically to your unique needs. I draw from a wide range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brief Solution Focused, Hakomi, EMDR and more- to create a personalized treatment plan that works for you.
