About me
Hi, I’m Vikki.
However you are feeling, reaching out for support can be really daunting, and I hope to make that step feel a little easier.
Maybe you feel as though you're carrying the effects of experiences that still shape how you feel about yourself, your relationships, or the world around you. Perhaps you’re struggling with anxiety, grief, or a sense of being stuck, or you’re noticing how past experiences continue to surface in ways that feel hard to manage.
I offer a calm, non-judgemental space where you can explore what’s been happening for you, at a pace that feels manageable. My approach is warm and down to earth. I consider therapy to be a collaborative process, guided by what feels most important to you in the moment. Our work may involve deep reflection, gentle exploration, and moments of lightness along the way.
I’m especially experienced in supporting survivors of domestic abuse and childhood adversity, as well as people navigating trauma, grief, and major life changes.
Outside of counselling, I enjoy slow and easy craft projects, staying active, spending time with my pets, and getting lost in a good book.
If you’re ready to start exploring what's going on for you, I’d love to walk alongside you, and perhaps we can figure it out together.
