About me
I am a Resident in Counseling, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and National Certified Counselor dedicated to empowering individuals, families, and couples through a compassionate, trauma-informed approach. Integrating cognitive-behavioral strategies, mindfulness, and person-centered care, I strive to create a warm, collaborative environment that supports clients in processing trauma, building emotional resilience, and fostering meaningful personal growth.
I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, past trauma, life transitions, and the silent weight of knowing something needs to change—even if you look like you are functioning just fine on the surface. Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that you deserve to feel deeply understood, not analyzed from across the room. Together, we look beyond simple symptom management to explore what is happening beneath the surface, bridging practical cognitive-behavioral strategies and mindfulness with trauma-informed care and Jungian concepts. By connecting conscious awareness with the unconscious psyche, we work to uncover the root of long-standing patterns so you can cultivate genuine emotional resilience, strengthen self-trust, and move from simply surviving to feeling truly connected to your life.
My foundation in this work grew out of a background in education, where I first saw how transformative a safe, supportive environment is for personal growth. I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, a post-master’s certificate in trauma-informed clinical practice from New York University, and credentials as a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). Outside of the therapy room, I sustain my own sense of balance by spending time in nature, enjoying quality moments with my family and loved ones, and relaxing at home with my two cats. My ultimate goal as a therapist is to offer a transparent, grounded partnership where you can untangle complex emotions, break free from old cycles, and step into greater confidence in the person you are becoming.
