About me
I am a Licensed Resident in Counseling who is dedicated to helping adolescents and adults cope and navigate BPD, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, eating disorders, panic disorder, and build confidence and self-esteem.
Hello, my name is Victoria Billups. I completed my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University, and a Post-Master's program from New York University in Trauma-Informed Clinical Practice. I am a clinician that values and prioritizes building an empathic and trusting relationship, while also creating a nonjudgmental space to come as you are and be your genuine self. I utilize a variety of different counseling approaches to best meet clients needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Psychodynamic Therapy.
As part of Foundation Medical Group, I am part of a holistic and collaborative team that coordinates quality therapeutic services in addition to medical management and Brain Mapping to effectively monitor and assess progress and healing for each client's journey. Being part of a holistic team allows me as a clinician to provide care to clients that promotes overall wellbeing in multiple areas of life.
