I am a LMHC with a wide range of experience working in the Mental Health field. Throughout my career, I've supported clients through a range of life challenges, including stress and anxiety, relationship concerns, self-esteem struggles, career transitions, and major life changes. I'm a person of faith who enjoys working with all types of people. I've worked with clients who struggle with OCD, depression, grief, loss and caregiving. I've also helped clients who are healing from past trauma and emotional abuse.

My therapy style is warm caring and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, and compassion. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic and rational-emotive therapy. I meet the client with an open mind and with a desire to promote growth and better mental health at a pace that feels right for them.
