About me
Hi, I’m Vicki Phan, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and the founder of Mend Therapy Services. I provide virtual therapy services for individuals (ages 12+), couples, and families located in Texas and New York.
I work with clients navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, communication difficulties, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative and supportive, with a focus on helping you better understand your patterns, strengthen your coping skills, and build healthier relationships with yourself and others.
I work with people across the lifespan, honoring the unique stories, strengths, and challenges each person brings. Life can feel messy, overwhelming, and full of pressure, and trying to meet everyone else’s expectations can be exhausting. I help clients navigate transitions, explore who they are, strengthen relationships, build confidence, and heal from trauma while discovering ways to live more authentically and in alignment with what truly matters to them.
As an Asian American woman, I bring a culturally attuned perspective and experience supporting clients navigating identity, family expectations, intergenerational or multicultural dynamics, and the pressures of high achievement. I also work with LGBTQIA+ folx, neurodivergent folx, and multicultural couples or nontraditional relationships.
In sessions, I create a space where you feel truly seen and heard. Together, we will talk through challenges, notice patterns, and figure out strategies that actually work for your life. My goal is to be a sounding board, a source of support, and your biggest cheerleader as you figure out how to live in a way that feels real, honest, and fully your own.
