About me
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping people of all ages work on coping skills for anxiety, depression, anger, and trauma.
I am a graduate from New Mexico Highlands University where I received my master's degree in social work. I am a trauma informed therapist that has been helping individuals learn coping skills to address issues from the past and present. I am trained in EMDR, IFS, Mindfulness based therapy, and CBT.
