I work with individuals of color and and GLBTQ persons looking for help with ethnic/racial identity, racial trauma, sexual or physical trauma, chemical health.
Racism, oppression, gender, sexuality, class, and poverty can have a significant impact on our well-being and physical and mental health.
These experiences or life situations can lead us to reach conclusions about ourselves that keep us from living our best life. I create space in which we nurture your inner wisdom to help you grow and heal.
