About me
If you're navigating depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, substance use, trauma, or an eating disorder, therapy can offer meaningful relief, clarity, and lasting change. I work with individuals who are ready to get curious about themselves, build emotional resilience, and start living with more intention and peace. I would love to be a part of your healing journey.
I work primarily with professionals who while performing well, experience deep pain and discomfort. Many of my clients are navigating perfectionism, self-doubt, people-pleasing, or feeling like their relationships (personal or professional) aren’t as fulfilling as they want them to be. I have a Masters in Professional Studies from the University of Minnesota for Integrated Behavioral Health. I received by Bachelors of Science from The University of Denver in Psychology, Biology, and Cognitive Neuroscience. I work with individuals 16+. I offer therapy either in person or via telehealth. I am available most weekdays and have some evening availability. I accept both insurance and private pay. I am in network with Health Partners, Blue Cross Blue Shield, UHC, UBH, Medica, Cigna, and Aetna.
I take a holistic, person-centered approach that honors your mind, body, history, and relationships. I’m direct, but compassionate; grounded, but flexible. I’ll challenge you when needed, and I’ll also meet you with humor and humility. Healing doesn’t always have to be heavy—sometimes laughter can be medicine too. Please contact me to see if we may be a fit!
