About me
The work of therapy is for the courageous and brave. I'm a therapist with experience supporting individuals through a wide range of life challenges. I work with clients navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, and self-esteem concerns, as well as major life transitions like divorce, grief, and identity shifts.
My focus areas include communication difficulties, isolation, social anxiety, panic disorder, posttraumatic stress, and obsessive-compulsive patterns. I also support clients working through guilt, shame, forgiveness, and control issues, as well as practical concerns like financial stress, workplace challenges, and caregiver burnout, pregnancy and post partum transitions.
I have experience with navigating chronic pain and illness. I'm also equipped to work with first responders and individuals facing personality-related concerns.
I enjoy working with adults with different backgrounds including those with spirtual issues. My approach is grounded in compassion and respect for each person's unique values and beliefs. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your concerns at your own pace and work toward meaningful healing and growth. I'm honored to walk alongside you on your therapeutic journey.
