✧ Do you struggle with obsessive and intrusive thoughts? Do you feel unsure of the future? Do you feel hopeless or lost in your day-to-day life, unsure how to move forward? I can help you process your emotions and find new meaning in your life. Change can be hard, and you do not have to do it alone.
✧ I am passionate about helping people reach their fullest potential and thrive. I know life can sometimes be a bumpy ride, and I am here as a fellow traveler to guide you on this journey. I believe all people have the internal wisdom necessary to overcome challenges, and sometimes we just need the support and right environment to discover our inner voice and make lasting change. I know that each person is unique, and each person’s healing journey will look different. I am skilled in a variety of techniques to meet each client’s individual needs. I am trained in EMDR, have a certification in the Trauma Resiliency Model (TRM)® Level 1 & 2, and have a background in mindfulness.
✧ I have experience working in an award-winning trauma clinic and a community setting helping families, parents, and mothers by providing relationship-based therapy that is attachment-focused. I enjoy understanding each client’s background and concerns and diving deeper into the root of the problem. My sessions are based on empathic, nonjudgmental listening and understanding, as well as processing of trauma and PTSD symptoms, which may also include anxiety, depression, and addiction. Usually, the symptoms we experience in our lives are indicative of something greater. My mission is to free you of the past and help you create a present and future that you are proud of.
✧ My style of therapy is based on accessing emotions and processing using a whole-body integrative approach; talk therapy alone is not enough. I help clients address excessive thinking, connect with their body and sensations, and create more attuned, secure relationships balanced with compassionate self-care. In session, we can create actionable steps and movement toward emotional healing and freedom.
✧ If you are feeling stuck and know something needs to change, I can help you find a renewed sense of hope, meaning, and progress in your life.
