About me
I am a licensed mental health therapist dedicated to working with adults facing emotional distress, trauma and/or difficult life experiences.
I genuinely care about people and believe deeply in their ability to grow, heal and become their best selves. As a licensed mental health therapist, I strive to create a safe, supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being themselves and exploring what brings them to therapy.
In my practice, I work collaboratively with my clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and life transitions. My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. I value building strong therapeutic relationships and supporting clients as they gain insight, develop healthy coping strategies and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
What I offer is a space to feel heard, supported, and empowered-where growth is encouraged at your own pace and healing is approached with care, respect and understanding.
