I am a therapist licensed in the State of Alabama with experience guiding adults and teens as they work through difficult times and issues. My focus is on helping people feel the safety they need to be vulnerable and move toward healing and growth. I use approaches that recognize the connections between mind and body and help clients look at how different parts of their life play a role in their mental health. The methods I use can help clients with anxiety, depression, stage of life adjustments, trauma, PTSD and self esteem. The exact methods will be guided by each person's strengths and needs.

What a client takes away from therapy is guided by why he/she/they come to therapy . They will be given tools to help smooth the difficult times they may face. They will learn new ways to move through life and cope with ups and downs. In my practice I strive to instill a sense of safety and curiosity in my clients. The methods I use are intended to build on strengths and identify what is working and what is not working. Using compassion and empowerment based tools, clients can learn to let go of what may be keeping them stuck or holding them back. They can learn live with less anxiety and depression.
