I have worked in the human services field for over 30 years as a Probation Officer with the Boston Public School System, providing outpatient counseling, case management, and life coaching to individuals.
I founded Mindbridge Counseling Center. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts and Virginia. I have provided outpatient counseling, case management, and life coaching to individuals.

We provide psychoeducation around mental health diagnosis, work to help you understand symptoms and triggers, provide a safe space for you to express options and feelings.
