About me
My ultimate goal is to empower clients by increasing their understanding of mental health, its impact on their lives, and the stigma that often surrounds therapy. Through the therapeutic process, I strive to help individuals develop practical tools to navigate life more effectively, build confidence and resilience, and ultimately support both themselves and others in need.
Welcome to a no-judgment zone. My name is U’Nesha, and I am deeply passionate about creating spaces where compassion, authenticity, and understanding guide every conversation. Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, life transitions, or identity-related stress, my goal is to help you feel safe, seen, and supported as you work toward healing and growth. Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and maybe even a little intimidating—but you don’t have to figure it all out on your own. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are and feel seen, valued, and accepted.
I’m naturally empathetic, a bit bubbly, and truly passionate about helping people feel more connected to themselves. I believe healing happens when you feel safe enough to be real—and supported enough to grow.
I’m not here to lead the way or tell you who to be. I’m here to walk alongside you, helping you reconnect with your inner strength and gently start rewriting your story in a way that feels more empowering and true to you. You don’t have to navigate this alone. I’ve got you.
