I am a licensed clinical social worker and certified integrative mental health professional. I am passionate about educating individuals about holistic approaches to subside physical symptoms stemmed from mental health struggles. I help individuals who are struggling with life transitions, women's issues, chronic health conditions, anxiety and depression. My therapeutic style is laid back, explorative, and sprinkled with humor! I utilize the narrative therapy and solution brief focused therapy approach in sessions; however, I use elements of cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavioral therapy as well. My focus is helping individuals separate themselves from their struggles and find value in their lives.
