About me
Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor providing individual therapy in North Carolina.
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) with experience working in community mental health and private practice settings across North Carolina. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore what they’re going through at their own pace. I believe therapy works best when clients feel heard, respected, and understood as whole people—not problems to be fixed.
My work is rooted in a person-centered and trauma-informed approach. I have experience supporting individuals and families navigating stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, and emotional overwhelm. I value collaboration and work alongside clients to better understand patterns, build insight, and develop coping strategies that feel realistic and sustainable for their lives.
I strive to meet clients where they are and recognize that everyone’s story, background, and needs are different. My goal is to help clients feel more grounded, empowered, and supported as they move toward greater emotional well-being and stability.
