About me
Hi, I’m Tyeisha, and I consider myself an agent of Light.
Therapy is a brave step, and I’m honored to walk it with you. In more than 25 years in mental health and substance abuse services, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families as they heal, grow, and find their way back to hope. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can show up as you are. My approach is collaborative and tailored to you. I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help you work through anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, substance use, and the relationship struggles that can leave you feeling stuck or alone.
