About me
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT), specializing in children and adolescents, utilizing trauma-focused treatment such as EMDR therapy.
I also consider my clients' backgrounds to enhance Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. My main goal is to support your healing journey. I work with you to customize my approach to fit your unique needs. I emphasize cultural humility and pay attention to identity, systemic oppression, and both relational and generational trauma. As a legal immigrant from an Asian country and now a U.S. Citizen therapist, I understand the challenges of feeling culturally disconnected and the impact of racial trauma. I work mainly with adults and adolescents facing issues like PTSD, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief. I offer virtual sessions only.
