About me
I am a master’s level clinician licensed in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey providing individual, relationship, marriage, premarital, pre-engagement, family, and group counseling.
I acquired my Master of Social Work degree from the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Social Policy & Practice with the goal of providing psychotherapy to populations experiencing complex and ambient trauma as a result of marginalization. I am trained in trauma-informed care and especially cognizant of the ways in which one’s social environment impacts their health and development.
My clinical experience includes assisting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, race-based trauma, LGBTQIA concerns, late-diagnosed autism, PTSD, self-image concerns, academic distress, work-related stress, family conflict, relationship concerns, and isolation.
My goal is to create a space in which clients feel safe as well as empowered as they explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I use a client-centered approach, maintaining space for each client to determine their own goals for treatment. Ultimately, I aim to restore clients with a sense of control and balance.
