About me
I’m a trauma-informed, culturally responsive therapist who helps individuals, couples, and families heal from anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD, and relationship challenges—while guiding a team committed to holistic, client-centered care.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I bring over two decades of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s most challenging seasons. My clinical focus includes anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, PTSD, and relational conflict. I use an integrative, evidence-based approach rooted in trauma-informed care, cultural humility, and emotional safety.
I am a retired Major in the United States Air Force, where I was recognized as a subject matter expert in behavioral health. During my service, I provided direct clinical interventions, led training programs, and managed mental health clinics—consulting with commanders on issues such as work-life balance, leadership fatigue, and operational readiness.
I hold a PhD in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work. At Turning Point Counseling Services, I lead a team of over 20 dedicated therapists who provide individualized, affirming care for a wide range of mental health needs.
