About me
I am an Associate Licensed Counselor in the state of Alabama dedicated to supporting children, individuals of all ages, and families. I am under supervision of Charles Duer, LPC-S.
I’m an ALC with a passion for supporting children, individuals, and families as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. My work is shaped by both my clinical training and my personal experiences, which allow me to approach clients with empathy, curiosity, and genuine care. In my practice, I take a collaborative, person-centered approach, grounded in family systems and attachment-based perspectives. I believe that relationships are central to our well-being, and I work to help clients understand the patterns that shape their connection with themselves and with others. I aim to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental for all clients.
I have experience working with adoptive families, children, and parents navigating challenges such as anxiety, emotional regulation, trauma, and relational stress. I also support clients through life transitions, identity development, and feelings of disconnection or burnout.
As someone who values growth and continued learning, I bring a thoughtful and flexible approach to therapy. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model as each client’s story is unique. My goal is to come alongside you, helping you feel seen and understood while equipping you with tools to foster healing, resilience, and meaningful connection.
