About me
I am an experienced trauma informed counselor who is dedicated to helping others with building their coping strategies and confidence in overcoming obstacles in life.
Most of my work experience was in clinically settings such as psychiatric center for children, adult day treatment program, in home and in community programs, and outpatient clinic.
In 2022, I began my private practice and have focused on providing support with processing trauma and incorporating new and healthier coping strategies to improve overall wellbeing. My goal is to be your biggest support while assisting you in implementing changes that will give you a higher quality of life.
