I am a Bilingual, Trauma Informed Counselor in the state of Texas. I have provided mental health services to families, individuals, and children for over 16 years. My past roles include Crisis Intervention Counselor, Family Preservation Counselor, Intensive In Home Counselor, Outpatient Clinician, and Licensed Professional Counselor.

My dream came true after I obtained my LPC license in Texas in 2022. I've always dreamt of ways to help others reach their goals and improve their overall well-being. My approach is to provide you the tools you need to achieve a higher quality of life. Everyone is going through something different, so I individualize my treatment plans to reflect your current situations and the kind of lifestyle you would like to achieve. Maybe your situation seems dim but believe me - the light will get brighter. In sessions, I will challenge the participants with identifying and replacing negative thinking patterns, practicing self-care (mental, physical, and emotional), slowing down if we are at the brink of burn out, etc. When we assess ourselves, modify or remove habits that no longer serve us, we leave ourselves open to learning new skills that can best reflect where we are in life. Life will continue to bring us challenges, but we will not be defeated by them. Come and allow me into your life so we can work towards a better quality of life.
