Having over forty years of experience in a variety of settings including family services, high schools, adoption agencies, EAPs, and private practice has given me a broad spectrum of knowledge and experience. I am not married to any one theoretical approach and have many tools in my toolbox to help. I consider myself a change agent, who helps empower YOU!

My specialties include working with individuals who are feeling grief, sadness, or anxiety; clients who are involved in emotionally abusive relationships; parents who need assistance, members of the adoption triad, and clients who are experiencing life transitions and want a new vision for their lives. I work with individual adults and adolescents and provide couples counseling as well.
