About me
Hi, I’m Trisha! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), and I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up as yourself, feel heard, and talk openly without fear of judgment.
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming. You may be dealing with anxiety, stress, relationship or family challenges, low self-esteem, major life changes, or simply feeling stuck and unsure of what to do next. Whatever brings you to therapy, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
My therapeutic style is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I take the time to understand you as an individual and tailor our work together to your needs, experiences, strengths, and goals. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Instead, we’ll work together to identify what is getting in the way, develop practical coping strategies, build on your strengths, and create meaningful changes in your life.
I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families and supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship and family concerns, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, and behavioral concerns. I also have experience supporting neurodivergent individuals, including individuals with autism.
Most importantly, I want you to feel comfortable being yourself in our sessions. Therapy is your space, and we will move at a pace that feels right for you.
If you’re ready to begin working toward greater emotional well-being, healthier relationships, and a better understanding of yourself, I would be honored to support you on that journey.
