About me
I help children, teens, and adults navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, and life's challenges through compassionate, strengths-based counseling tailored to their unique needs and goals.
I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, social challenges, life transitions, relationship concerns, and feelings of overwhelm. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, misunderstood, exhausted from trying to meet expectations, or unsure of how to move forward. Together, we create a safe, supportive space to explore challenges, build on strengths, develop practical coping strategies, and foster meaningful growth. My goal is to help clients gain insight, increase confidence, and move toward a life that feels more balanced, connected, and fulfilling.
I believe therapy begins with a genuine relationship. As a relational therapist, AuDHD adult, and single parent of two AuDHD young adults, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my work. I provide neurodiversity-affirming therapy for children, adolescents, and adults, tailoring treatment to each person's unique needs and goals.
I understand that reaching out for support can feel difficult, especially if you've felt misunderstood or alone in your struggles. You don't have to navigate life's challenges by yourself. Wherever you are in your journey, I am committed to providing a compassionate, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward.
