About me
I am a dedicated mental health therapist intern with a strong passion for helping individuals find healing, hope, and meaningful change. With several years of experience as a substance abuse counselor, I have developed the ability to provide compassionate, client-centered care. My therapeutic approach blends evidence-based practices with a warm, empathetic style, creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their emotions, experiences, and challenges.
I have over 10 years of experience working with concerns including trauma and PTSD, addiction and recovery, anxiety, depression, and grief and loss. I recognize that each person’s journey is unique, and I tailor my approach to meet the individual needs of every client. My goal is to help destigmatize mental health and foster a space where individuals feel truly seen, heard, and supported.
I am a dedicated mental health therapist intern with a background in substance abuse counseling, and I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion and understanding.
My practice is centered on creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable exploring your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I take a client-centered approach, blending evidence-based techniques with warmth and empathy to meet you where you are in your journey.
I understand that no two individuals are the same, and healing is not one-size-fits-all. I work collaboratively with clients to build authentic connections and develop practical tools that support growth, resilience, and lasting change. Whether you are facing anxiety, depression, trauma, recovery challenges, or life transitions, I am here to support you in rediscovering a sense of balance, purpose, and well-being.
