I encourage clients to show up exactly as they are—whether feeling scared, hesitant, or unsure—while remaining open to vulnerability and growth within an affirming, supportive space. Together, we will work on expanding comfort levels and strengthening a sense of control that can carry from therapy into daily life. I invite clients into a mutual, collaborative partnership where we work as a team to gain insight into unresolved concerns and develop personalized strategies that support individual needs and goals.

As Ralph Waldo Emerson once said, “What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.” I believe each individual already holds the internal resources needed to create meaningful change aligned with personal values and purpose. I bring extensive professional experience providing mental health services across residential settings, partial hospitalization programs, intensive outpatient programs, and outpatient care. I enjoy working with individuals of all ages and diverse backgrounds as they navigate life transitions, depression, anxiety, substance use, interpersonal challenges, grief and loss, trauma, and cultural concerns.

Together, we will build a therapeutic partnership grounded in mutual accountability, investment, and empowerment, with the goal of creating changes that feel sustainable, intentional, and impactful. My role is to actively support access to internal strengths, strengthen the core self, and develop individualized tools that enrich quality of life, foster healing, and promote personal growth.

As a bicultural individual, lived experience allows for holding multiple perspectives with openness, curiosity, and adaptability to differing values and ways of life. I take pride in cultivating a therapeutic relationship that feels validating, empowering, transparent, and compassionately challenging when needed. Feedback is welcomed and therapeutic approaches are adjusted to align with evolving needs and priorities. I strive to offer a consistent, authentic, and secure presence—one that allows space to show up fully and honestly in an environment designed with care and intention.
