I support individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, psychosis, and life transitions. I provide a compassionate, supportive, and nonjudgmental space focused on healing, growth, and empowerment.

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker at Harmony Social Services, located in San Antonio, TX. We support individuals in every stage of life who are looking for guidance, healing, and growth during difficult times. Whether you're experiencing emotional challenges, navigating stress, or facing major life changes, you do not have to go through it alone. Our team offers a compassionate, trauma-informed approach that creates a safe and supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and genuinely valued. We work collaboratively with you to focus on the areas that are most important to your well-being and help you build tools for healing, resilience, and personal growth.

My approach focuses on meeting individuals where they are while helping them work toward meaningful goals in a compassionate, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment.
