About me
Do you find that past experiences continue to impact your present life? Are you looking for support in healing from those memories and moving forward? Are you finding it difficult to break free from patterns of behavior that feel out of control, such as: compulsive eating/dieting, people pleasing, avoidance, sex/porn, chronic self-criticism, or unhealthy relationships? Do you feel stuck and unsure of how to move forward? Are anxiety, depression, stress, anger or mood swings impacting your daily life and causing you ongoing distress? You're not alone—support is available to help you find relief.
I treat these issues with compassion and expertise. I start with nonjudgmentally understanding where you are and the challenges you are facing. Together, we come up with a plan to help you move forward, celebrating success along with way. I offer virtual appointments in the privacy and convenience of your own home. I believe that people can change and heal and am honored to have walked beside clients for the past 16 years.
For clients whose faith is important to them, I have training in faith-based counseling to incorporate. It is important that you find a therapist you feel comfortable and safe with. Clients find me warm, trustworthy, committed and professional, yet relatable and genuine. Please reach out, if you would like to learn new coping skills & heal underlying issues.
