About me
I’m passionate about helping children, adolescents, and young adults overcome obstacles that affect their well-being, relationships, and daily lives.
Whether it’s trauma, anxiety, depression, or behavioral challenges, I work closely with children, adolescents, and their families to heal and build resilience. I also specialize in supporting those with ADHD, ODD, and Level 1 autism spectrum disorder, helping them navigate their unique challenges. My approach is holistic—treating the mind, body, and spirit. I draw from a variety of therapeutic methods, including CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, EMDR, Play Therapy, and Health and Wellness for Trauma. This allows us to work together as equal partners, building trust and understanding as we uncover your strengths, resilience, and positive traits.
