About me

You have come to the right place for help. You made it this far. I am an experienced therapist who is dedicated to helping clients achieve their best self while working out everyday struggles and problems. Join me for a session and start improving the quality of your life and happiness.

Tricia graduated from the University of Houston Graduate School of Social Work in 2000 and brings 26 years of experience helping people navigate life's challenges, transitions, and personal growth. Her background includes hospice and home health social work, grief counseling, substance use treatment, intensive outpatient therapy, discharge planning, women's health and wellness and mental health services in correctional settings.

Tricia specializes in working with women experiencing life transitions, menopause and hormonal changes, ADHD, sleep concerns, anxiety, depression, grief, stress, trauma, relationship challenges, burnout, and caregiver fatigue. She takes a holistic approach that looks at the whole person, recognizing the connection between physical health, sleep, hormones, lifestyle habits, relationships, and emotional well-being.

Her style is warm, practical, and down-to-earth. She helps clients understand triggers, strengthen self-worth, establish healthy boundaries, improve emotional resilience, and develop realistic strategies that support lasting change. Clients appreciate her ability to combine clinical expertise with compassion, humor, and practical solutions that fit real life.

Tricia draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Interventions, Strengths-Based Therapy, Positive Psychology, Behavioral Activation, Trauma-Informed Care, Grief Counseling, Wellness-Focused Interventions, Sleep Hygiene Education, ADHD-Informed Strategies, Stress Management Techniques, and Psychoeducation. Her work focuses on helping clients improve emotional wellness, sleep, stress management, relationships, and overall quality of life.

As someone diagnosed with ADHD later in life, Tricia brings both professional expertise and personal understanding to helping clients better understand their unique brains, reduce self-criticism, improve organization and follow-through, and create systems that work for them rather than against them.

Tricia currently provides telehealth services for adults (18+) throughout Texas and Arizona.
