About me
I have experience helping adults of all ages with trauma, anxiety, and depression. I also have experience with active duty military, veterans, and the LGBTQ+ community.
Have you wondered, "Am I the only one struggling?" or, "Why can't I just be happy?" Maybe you've experienced loss, rejection, or betrayal. Maybe physical illness or emotional pain like loneliness, sadness, fear, and worry drag you down. Maybe devastating trauma or abuse refuses to stay in the past. Whether you've experienced more tragedy and hardship than most, or just think, "Most folks seem to be living their lives better than me," therapy has been proven to help.
We all need to be seen and heard. We need love, respect, and belonging. We need to know that we are capable and that we matter. I believe in offering empathy, unconditional acceptance, and compassion because life is hard. You are the expert on yourself, and I am the expert on mental and emotional wellness. Let's help you build a life worth living.
