About me
My name is Travis Nolan and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker located in Jacksonville, Florida. I help children, teens, and adults navigate life's challenges with clarity and confidence. Whether you're facing Anxiety, Depression, PTSD or major life transitions, I provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore what's holding you back and develop practical tools to move forward. Using a client centered approach grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and solution focused techniques, I work collaboratively with you to uncover your strengths, reframe challenges, and build lasting change. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you create the life you want-- one step at a time.
I graduated in 2016 with a MSW from Florida State University. I have been practicing in the Jacksonville Florida area since then. I come with experience, working in public and private mental health settings as well as the local school systems. My goals is to walk with you through these struggles and navigate this path forward.
