I am an experienced Marriage and Family therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor in private practice, with a long history of working with individuals who have experienced trauma. I provide individual counseling to individuals with a range of disorders including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD. The Modalities used in treatment range from ACT, CBT, DBT, Solution Focused therapy and CPT for individuals needing intensive treatment related to trauma. I have a history of providing supportive therapy to individuals and agencies in crisis via critical incident debriefing and do well with assisting individuals in navigating diverse treatment systems after suffering a critical incident. My practice is focused on healing trauma with a emphasis on providing services to diverse populations that have been historically marginalized within mental health services
