About me
I work with women who are done going through the motions. Some have spent years in the diet-binge cycle — tracking, restricting, starting over, and wondering why nothing sticks. Others simply want to feel better in their body, build lasting health habits, and start living with more intention and energy. Wherever you are on that spectrum, the work is the same: getting underneath the patterns, nourishing your whole self, and building a life that actually feels good to live. That is where the real work begins.
My background is 25 plus years in therapy, functional nutrition, intuitive eating, and life coaching — and what that means in practice is that we talk about real life. What's going on with food, with your body, how that's impacting you living your healthiest life. We will build from there slowly and practically in a way that makes sense for you specifically.
Taking the first step toward change is often the hardest part — and it means something that you are here. I offer a complimentary 15 minute consultation where we can connect, and talk through what you are experiencing. You do not need to have the right words or a clear plan. Showing up is the 1st courageous step to begin. I would be honored to work with you.
