About me
I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner and licensed clinical social worker with over twenty years of experience working to improve the quality of life for individuals with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, anger, Autism, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, etc.
I enjoy watching clients evolve to higher functioning levels of independence, striving to improve and enjoy their life. I am direct and expect clients to improve and progress. I foster independence and growth. I also use medication management and psychopharmacology to aid with the treatment of persistent symptoms of depression, anxiety, and mood distrubances.
