Verified clinicians have had their licenses confirmed by our staff at the time they create their profile. We also require all verified therapists keep their licensing information up to date in order to maintain verified status.
I am an experienced clinical counselor, who has worked with both children and adults, in most capacities. My passion is supporting those with trauma and grief healing, as well as learn ways to decrease anxiety and stress.
I offer individual, family and couples therapy. My passion is working with those who have experienced trauma, including children as young as 3 years old, as well as birth trauma, pregnancy and postpartum adjustment, and infertility. I also have expertise treating anxiety, ADHD, early childhood attachment issues, positive parenting guidance, and self-esteem.
I teach connections between the mind and body, helping to restore and heal physical and mental health. My focus is holistic, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness and relaxation techniques, and focusing on healing the mind, body, and soul of my clients.
