About me
I work with clients who may be struggling with anxiety, depression or trauma related to their relationships, work, or family. Sometimes, it is a struggle making a decision or major transition. Together, we will find a positive path forward to the life you want to live.
I have been working as an individual and couples therapist and parenting coach for over 20 years. I have three grown children and am now a proud grandparent. I have a small practice and am able to devote all of my attention to my clients. I have been trained in CBT, Imago Relationship Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy and Individual Therapy (Alfred Adler). I tailor my approach to your needs.
